Doggcrapp (DC Training): Program schedule

Doggcrapp-style training emphasizes detailed exercise records and unusually demanding working sets. Gymscore’s adaptation uses a rotating A/B sequence with rest-pause notation, which should be understood before selecting the plan.

Who this template suits

An experienced lifter who understands rest-pause notation and wants to review a low-working-set, high-effort template.

When to choose another option

You are new to lifting, train without suitable safeguards for demanding sets, or want a routine whose difficulty can be judged from set count alone.

Template length

8 weeks

The saved plan spans eight weeks with three sessions per week. Its six named workouts run A1-B1-A2, then B2-A3-B3. Some saved exercise selections repeat across those names, so compare the actual exercise rather than assuming every movement appears only once per rotation.

Questions answered

What does RP mean in the schedule?

It denotes rest-pause work. The entry combines separate rep bouts, so the component reps should be recorded as well as their total.

Is every A workout an entirely different exercise menu?

Not necessarily in the saved adaptation. Check the actual exercises in A1, A2 and A3 instead of relying on the labels.

Is this a beginner routine because it lists few sets?

No. Rest-pause work changes the demands of those sets. This template requires experience and an understanding of its methods.
