    How to Record Your First Workout

    Download the Gymscore app, go through onboarding, and tap the record button to start analyzing your form. Position your phone 3-6 feet away for best results, at an angle where your body and equipment are fully visible.

    Understanding Your Scores

    Gymscore rates your form from 1-100 across different movement aspects. Higher scores indicate better technique and lower injury risk. To understand the scores more, an AI chat is included so you can talk to our AI coach about your results.

    Which Exercises Are Supported?

    Gymscore currently analyzes over 500 different exercises, including classics like squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, all the way to pilates and yoga!

    Video Recording Requirements

    Record in good lighting with your full body visible. Side view works best for most exercises. Keep the phone steady during recording.
