Gymscore · Program schedule
Texas Method: Program schedule
The Texas Method gives three weekly sessions different jobs: accumulating volume, performing lighter work and reviewing a heavier top set. Gymscore’s adaptation makes those roles explicit, which helps keep a weekly plan from becoming three unrelated heavy days.
Who this template suits
A lifter with established barbell experience who wants to organize progress across a week rather than expect an increase at every exposure.
When to choose another option
You cannot make room for the longer volume session, or you routinely turn planned lighter work into extra testing.
Template length
12 weeks
The saved plan runs for 12 weeks with three sessions labeled Monday volume, Wednesday recovery and Friday intensity. Those labels describe their sequence; arrange your available days while preserving the intended spacing.
