Greyskull LP: Program schedule
Greyskull LP combines repeated barbell practice with a final set that records more than the minimum rep target. The Gymscore version alternates two full-body workouts and includes pulling and arm assistance alongside its main lifts.
Who this template suits
A newer lifter who likes a simple schedule but wants rep performance to remain visible when the load stays the same.
When to choose another option
You prefer fixed reps on every set, or you are not yet comfortable judging when a final set should end.
Template length
12 weeks
Three weekly sessions alternate A-B-A and B-A-B across the saved 12-week plan. The main exercises and assistance differ between workouts.

Questions answered
What does the plus sign mean?
It marks an additional-rep target on the final set. The log should contain the actual completed reps, rather than just the minimum.
Does every lift increase by the same amount?
No. The saved rules distinguish upper-body lifts, squats and deadlifts. Check the exercise-specific instruction before changing a load.
What should I compare after a reset?
Compare the same exercise at the same load and setup, including the final-set reps. A lower load can still produce a useful rep record.
